Waveney Domestic Violence & Abuse Forum have a membership of over 49 voluntary & statutory organisations & we meet as a Forum bi-monthly. We are always very pleased to invite new agencies to join us. If you would like to know when we hold our meetings, please contact us via our contacts page.
Waveney Domestic Violence & Abuse Forum (WDVAF) are looking for dedicated people to join our voluntary Board of Trustees.
WDVAF has been in existence for over 40 years. We are a small yet dynamic charity with a membership of over 49 partnership agencies. Our aim is to reach families impacted by domestic abuse to ensure they are well supported and can move forward to lead lives free from abuse.
We are wishing to increase the diversity of the board and welcome application from all ages, backgrounds and skill sets. You will need to be able to attend our monthly Trustees meetings and have a day a month free to dedicate to supporting WDVAF.
Ideally you will have an understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on families but this is not essential.
We are particularly interested in finding individuals with skills in these areas:

WDVAF have helped and supported those impacted by domestic violence and abuse in the Waveney area for over 35 years. Become a volunteer and be a part of something that can make a huge difference to those affected by abuse. We welcome interest from all ages, backgrounds and skill sets.
