Trustees Required

Waveney Domestic Violence & Abuse Forum (WDVAF) are looking for dedicated people to join our voluntary Board of Trustees.

WDVAF has been in existence for over 40 years. We are a small yet dynamic charity with a membership of over 145 partnership agencies. Our aim is to reach families impacted by domestic abuse to ensure they are well supported and can move forward to lead lives free from abuse.

We are wishing to increase the diversity of the board and welcome application from all ages, backgrounds and skill sets. You will need to be able to attend our monthly Trustees meetings and have a day a month free to dedicate to supporting WDVAF.

Ideally you will have an understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on families but this is not essential.

We are particularly interested in finding individuals with skills in these areas:

  • Fundraising
  • Legal services
  • Finance

If you have the time to help us drive WDVAF forward at a strategic level and would like to find out more, then please email [email protected] or call us on 01502 5721437
